Delete your 37 account
This page explains how to permanently delete your 37 — The Math Puzzle account and all of the data linked to it. You can do it yourself inside the app in a few seconds, or ask us to do it for you by email.
1 Delete it yourself in the app
The fastest way — your account and data are removed immediately.
- Open the 37 — The Math Puzzle app and make sure you're signed in to the account you want to delete.
- Tap the menu icon (☰) in the top-left corner to open the side menu.
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account (the red trash icon).
- Tap Yes, I want to delete my account to confirm.
- Tap Permanently Delete My Account.
Your account is deleted right away and you're signed out. This cannot be undone.
2 Request deletion by email
Use this if you've uninstalled the app or can't sign in.
Email us from the account you want deleted
Send an email to contactus@hiipointegames.com
with the subject line Delete my 37 account. To help us find and verify
your account, please include:
- The email address or username on your 37 account
- A short note confirming you want the account and all its data permanently deleted
Sending the request from the email address on your account is the quickest way for us to verify it's really you. We'll confirm by email once it's done, and we complete all verified requests within 30 days (usually much sooner).
Email a deletion request3 What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes all of the following:
- Your account and sign-in credentials (email address / login)
- Your player profile and username
- All game stats, scores, solve times, streaks, and progress
- Your Daily Challenge history and leaderboard entries
- Your Blitz Colosseum battle records and friend connections
- Any achievements, badges, and podium history tied to your account
We keep no personal profile of you after deletion. Anonymous, aggregated information that is not linked to your identity (for example, overall puzzle difficulty statistics) may remain, and routine encrypted backups are purged on their normal rotation.
This is permanent. Once your account is deleted it cannot be recovered, and your stats, streaks, and progress are gone for good. If you only want a break, you can simply sign out or delete the app instead — your account will still be there when you come back.
